Designing your dreams:
Terrascape Design Build Co. Inc. aspires to create houses for living and homes for life. Before delving in, we'd want you to feel confident and knowledgeable about the dream you hope to achieve; about the place you like to share with friends and family and call home.
The physical form of your home is an extension of you and your family.
Before bringing your design dreams to life-to an environment you rise to in the morning and return to at night-we want you to feel comfortable with your first steps with us. The process will start like this:
Designing The Elements
First, we'll meet and discuss how you and your family want to live in and around your home. We'll explore your daily activities and any special life considerations that are relent to how your home functions. We will then explore your design tastes, perhaps by together studying magazines, books and other resources as we develop ideas.
We will then develop schematic drawings, floor plans, as well as assist in selecting colors, materials and timeless design details/accents. In addition to resolving your home's functional issues, we will translate your personal style through thoughtful space planning and finish decisions.
Designing Your Budget
Developing your wish list and working within your budget are often the most challenging parts of design development. Dreams and budgets sometimes don't match. Our job is to do both - provide guidance on reaching your dreams, while respecting the budget for your project and the same time work to bring your design dreams to reality. No misunderstandings, no finger pointing, no hassle for you.
